We want you to love your purchase. Because all our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selections.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll review your case promptly. If the problem is due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error on our part, we’ll happily arrange a free replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
